We rented 4 bikes over Thanksgiving from the Broken Spoke. The team here were excellent. Our request was last minute but the team really went out of their way to make sure we got out the door with the bikes we wanted, the service was impeccable. The quality of the bikes was really great too, we had a wonderful couple of days exploring New Mexico's trails thanks to this excellent company!

Coming from NC, I expected this shop to be good, but maybe not excellent. I was so very wrong. They tuned my bike and serviced the fork perfectly (in a matter of days) and refined my suspension by feel, and I'm riding more confident than ever.

Friendly crew with a wide selection of bikes and all the essential equipment one could need. I found a lovely used bike in great shape there—seems to be one of the better spots in town for used bikes. I was able to take it for a spin. The whole shop gives off low key, no pressure, chill vibes. It’s been one week on the bike with no issues. Glad I came here for a bike!

We were in town for a wedding and decided to rent bikes from Broken Spoke. The service was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The bikes were immaculate, and we had a fantastic time shredding the trails. Thank you!
