During winter months rentals are available on a case by case basis depending on trail conditions. Give us a call (505) 992-3102
- Our shop hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday and 10:00 am to 5:00 Saturday.
- Rental bikes are due at close of business the day of rental.
- We highly encourage you to make a reservation in advance! Parties of four or more will be charged a 15% service fee for same-day Rentals.
- When available, bikes may be picked up after 4pm the day before(you MUST call before making your reservation to confirm 4pm pickup availability).
- Weekend rentals: We are closed on Sundays, Rentals picked up after 4pm on Saturday will go out as 24 hour rental and are due back before 11am on Monday.
- Rentals going out before 4pm on Saturday are 48 hour rentals unless they are returned before 5pm on Saturday.
- We DO NOT offer roadside assistance. Our rental bikes are set up to minimize the chances for a flat tire or other mechanical issue but these things can still happen.
- Be prepared for the possibility of a flat tire or mechanical issue and have a plan. Calling us to come and provide assistance is not that plan.
- We provide tools and flat repair kits upon request.
- We strongly encourage you to research and plan your own route. We can do our best to provide ride recommendations but if you leave us a poor review because you didn’t like the ride we sent you on we will put a hex on you and your pets (no not really but we’ll be pissed).

Renter is responsible for safe transportation of equipment (we will deny rental if method of transport likely to cause damage to equipment)
Must be 18+ years old or have a guardian present.
Must be returned within shop hours.
No refunds for early return.
No rental insurance, you are responsible for all damages.
Rental bikes cannot be taken to Angel Fire, Pajarito, or out of state.
No deliveries or pickups.
Helmet and Lock available upon request
