Rental Bike Details
We have a wide variety of rental bikes available and our choices change from time to time, please inquire about current models and availability.
Reservations may be taken within one month of your first rental day.
Rentals are due back 24 hours after pick up. Multi-Day Rates only apply to consecutive days.
Up to three rental days' fees may be applied to the purchase of a similar style bike within a two month period.
Our rental and demo bikes are NOT intended for use in Mountain Bike Parks, please rent an appropriate bike from the resort when you get there. We do carry downhill and park bikes for sale, call for models and availability.
These bikes are our babies. It is your responsibility to transport our bikes in a manner in which they will not be damaged. We don't rent bike racks (our insurance will not allow us), but we will provide cardboard and materials to you for transport. Bikes must pass visual and mechanical inspection upon return.
What you should bring...
Hydration Pack, Camelbak or Backpack! Santa Fe is a high desert climate, having enough food and hydration is critical to being safe and having fun out there. We have great selection of packs from Camelbak and Osprey that work great for all kinds of riding. We have energy bars, gels, blocks and drinks for sale.
Shoes and or Pedals! We recommend bringing your own pedals and shoes! We have flat pedals and a limited selection of basic mountain bike clipless pedals to provide for you while you rent. If you have some specific pedals you prefer, feel free to bring them with you or call and see if we can source what you require. We have a selection of shoes for sale from Five Ten, Giro and Shimano that cover flat pedals as well as clipless.
Hats, Sunscreen, Gloves, Extra Clothing Layers, Jacket! The climate in Santa Fe can be harsh due to the high altitude and strong sun that doesn't filter through a bunch of pollution, the weather can change very quickly. If you plan to go riding in the mountains, especially: check the forecast and expect it to change, it can get cold rapidly. Check trail conditions at #sftrails on our homepage or Twitter.
Your Own Helmet or Body Armor! If you prefer to use your own helmet, bring it. We sell full face helmets and body armor. We do not rent these items so if you need them bring your own or buy some when you get here.
Transportation or Bike Rack! These bikes are our babies. It is your responsibility to transport our bikes in a manner in which they will not be damaged. We don't rent bike racks (our insurance will not allow us), but we will provide cardboard and materials to you for transport. Bikes must pass visual and mechanical inspection upon return.
What you DON'T need...
Patch or Repair Kit! We provide everything you need to change a flat tire. A pump, inner tube, tire levers and a multi tool are sent out with every rental bike.
