Return Policy

Here at the 'Spoke, we do our best to ensure products and services are top-notch. Of course, sometimes things go sideways. If for some reason you are not happy with your online purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accept returns that:

• Are in original condition upon receipt
• Within 2 weeks of purchase date
• Return shipped at buyers expense

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or something outrageous, please contact us so we can best work out a solution. Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the item. 

Cancellation

In the case that you clicked the wrong button or realized you had too much beer and shouldn't be late night splurging online, please log into your account and cancel the order. If the order is already in processing, please call us! We will do our best to correct any issues. If the order has already been picked up by the shipping company, then please refer to the Return Policy above.

1. Information Collection

We collect information from you in several different ways on this Site. One goal in collecting personal information from you is to provide an efficient, meaningful, and customized experience. For example, we can use your personal information to:

(a) Registration and Ordering. Before using certain parts of the Site or ordering products, you must complete an online registration form. During registration, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address(es), phone number, email address, and credit card number. If you have elected to use the Affirm® payment method, you will have to provide the last four (4) digits of your social security number and your birth date. We may also ask you for your country of residence and/or your organization’s country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, we may ask for your gender. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and the Site, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you.

(b) Cookies and Other Technology. Like many sites, the Site employs cookies and web beacons (also known as clear GIF technology or “action tags”) to speed your navigation of the Site, recognize you and your access privileges, and track your Site usage.
